DISPATCHER (full-time)

Amtran is looking for a customer service-oriented person to join our team as a Full-Time Dispatcher.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring operators report to work on time, are fit for duty & are in proper uniform, assist with temporary changes in routes, ensure all work is covered & buses are running on time, provide accurate schedule information to the public.

Candidate must be able to multitask, respond quickly to changes, & be knowledgeable of Altoona’s _ streets/neighborhoods.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week. Starts at $23.40/hour, and includes health/ vision/dental insurance, vacation, personal, & sick days.
