This is a 12-month, full-time position.

General Responsibilities: Maintain accurate student information, enrollment, and attendance records in collaboration with the sending schools and administration. Complete daily, monthly, and yearly reporting for administrators, sending schools and PDE. Provide support to the Vice-President of Secondary Education. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diversified staff, faculty, students, and parents in a calm manner, and well-versed in MS Office and Google. Experience with PowerSchool student information system, and PIMS reporting is a plus.

Immediate opening for a part-time Facilitator/Scheduler in the CDL Program. The primary duties are coordinating and facilitating the process for students to obtain their CDL license through the CDL Program. The Facilitator/Scheduler will work closely with CPI’s CDL Instructors and its 3rd Party Examiners. Some classroom and hybrid instruction is required. Facilitator/Scheduler will work with the federal CSTIMS system, PENNDOT, and will meet FMCS requirements.

Part-Time CDL Instructor. CDL Instructor needed for CPI’s Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Program. Pay rate is $27/hr. The instructor will provide on and off road instruction to students, and will provide theory instruction as well. Instructor will assist students with the fundamentals of driving, such as manual shifting, docking, backing, serpentining, and other maneuvers. Instructor will follow FMCSA guidelines in meeting all ELDT requirements for CDL candidates and students; including related state, federal, and FMCSA rules and industry guidelines. CPI Instructors assist with promoting their Program, student retention, and successful job placement of their students.
