We are seeking experienced applicants for the full-time position of Director of Human Resources to work in our Duncansville location.
Mattern House Inc / Ganister Station provides Adult Day Care facilities and residential habilitation services for adults with intellectual disabilities and has 15 locations and 115 employees.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Plan, lead, direct, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, and initiatives.
• Oversee the daily workflow and all operations of the human resource department.
• Identify staffing and recruiting needs and develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies for hiring.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years human resource management experience required.
• Knowledge of legal compliance with employment laws & regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a must.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
