The Admissions Welcome Center Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Admissions to perform a variety of complex,
responsible, and confidential administrative support duties relating
to the Office of Admissions.
As a member of the Enrollment Management team, the Admissions Welcome Center Manager helps establish a tone of professionalism, warmth, and hospitality toward prospective students and families, current students & faculty and other members of the University
community.
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three to six years of experience in office management and front-line customer service is required along with excellent communication and
organizational skills. Proficient grammar, spelling and proofreading skills; accurate data entry skills; proficient skills in Microsoft office
environment.
Ability to solve problems and to work independently with limited supervision on a wide range of administrative tasks is essential. Must be able to work effectively with others to include prospective students and their families, current students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni.
