Custodial Services Manager

Services Manager in the Department of Physical Plant.  The Custodial Services Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Physical Plant for the oversight and supervision of the custodial staff and all related custodial activities throughout the campus. Schedules daily duties for custodial staff along with Custodial Supervisor.

High school diploma required with three years of effective experience in the custodial field with a minimum of one year experience as a supervisor.  Proficient interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, and communication skills are necessary.  Ability to operate standard custodial equipment required.  Knowledge of cleaning materials, machines and practices are essential.  Basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and repair skills are preferred. Experience dealing with outside vendors and in-house customers a plus.
