PARAPROFESSIONALS

• • Grades K - 4th
• • Permanent, 9-month school year position, 180 contract days
• • 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, $12.25 per hour
• • 10 sick days and 2 personal days, no other benefits
• • Work directly under the supervision of teacher to meet the needs of students with disabilities in various settings. Assist in implementation of student IEPs through small group or one on one instruction in the special education and regular education preschool classrooms.
• • High School Diploma required and 2 years college or completion of paraprofessional test.

• The candidate will work with PreK students to review and practice previously taught skills. The paraprofessional will work with teachers and administrators on a daily basis to identify instructional growth and areas of need for students.
